Who better to fire up a game of Monopoly than Ray White Real Estate Goulburn?
A strong supporter of the Southern Tablelands Community Foundation’s launch and distribution of the Goulburn Monopoly board game based on our heritage city’s landmark properties, Ray White is active every day in the same space.
When the agency conducted seven auctions in Goulburn recently, attracting 43 registered bidders, it sold five of them for under $650,000 and triggered negotiations for the remaining two.
As for the rental market, Ray White Principal Justin Gay says he has never seen the vacancy rate so tight.
“The market is resilient and there’s good demand for homes up to $700,000,” says Justin. “There are strong inquiries for homes in the
$1 million to $1.5 million category from people upsizing and high demand for blocks of land.”
Goulburn has now reached a medium price of $680,000.
Ray White Goulburn employs 26 full-time staff and a number of casuals and is active in the communities of Goulburn and Crookwell and surrounding areas.
The agency will host Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea on Friday in support of people impacted by cancer. Its staff are supporting Shave for a Cure to help raise funds for making blood cancer less scary.
Ray White is supporting One Raceway motor racing circuit and the Berrima District Credit Union’s Goulburn Hospital Fundraising event, Run Goulburn Run, in July.
