Gift of The Entire Estate

I give all of my property, after payment of my estate liabilities, to the Trustee for GreaterGood, the SOUTHERN TABLELANDS COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, (the ‘Foundation’) as administered by the Public Trustee and Guardian for the Australian Capital Territory (the (‘Trustee’) to be held in a fund entitled “THE ———- MEMORIAL FUND” in perpetuity and I request that the Trustee for GreaterGood pay and apply the net income therefrom or such other amount as the Trustee deems appropriate to the following charities namely:-

‘NAME and ABN CHARITABLE ORGANISATION’

in equal shares on an annual or other basis; and

I express the wish that such charities use such funds for their general and charitable purposes “or insert preference such as medical research if required”; and
I request that should at any time any charity cease to exist or has amalgamated with another charity or has changed its name or if for any other reason this gift cannot take effect then to such charity, or charities, with similar aims and ideals as the Trustee for GreaterGood in its absolute discretion thinks fit; and
I direct that the receipt of the secretary treasurer or such other proper officer from time to time of the said charities shall be a full and sufficient discharge to the Trustee for GreaterGood.

Gift of Residue

I give the residue of my estate to the Trustee for GreaterGood, the SOUTHERN TABLELANDS COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, (the ‘Foundation’) as administered by the Public Trustee and Guardian for the Australian Capital Territory (the (‘Trustee’) to be held in a fund entitled “THE ———- MEMORIAL FUND” in perpetuity and I request that the Trustee for GreaterGood pay and apply the net income therefrom or such other amount as the Trustee deems appropriate to the following charities namely:-

‘NAME and ABN CHARITABLE ORGANISATION’

in equal shares on an annual or other basis; and

Gift of a Specific Sum of Money

I give “SPECIFIC DOLLAR AMOUNT or SPECIFIC ASSET” to the Trustee for GreaterGood, the SOUTHERN TABLELANDS COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, (the ‘Foundation’) as administered by the Public Trustee and Guardian for the Australian Capital Territory (the (‘Trustee’) to be held in a fund entitled “THE ———- MEMORIAL FUND” in perpetuity and I request that the Trustee for GreaterGood pay and apply the net income therefrom or such other amount as the Trustee deems appropriate to the following charities namely:-

‘NAME and ABN CHARITABLE ORGANISATION’

in equal shares on an annual or other basis; and

I express the wish that such charities use such funds for their general and charitable purposes “or insert preference such as medical research if required”; and

Gift of Parts or Percentage of the Estate

I give “50% or 50 Parts” of my net estate to the Trustee for GreaterGood, the SOUTHERN TABLELANDS COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, (the ‘Foundation’) as administered by the Public Trustee and Guardian for the Australian Capital Territory (the (‘Trustee’) to be held in a fund entitled “THE ———- MEMORIAL FUND” in perpetuity and I request that the Trustee for GreaterGood pay and apply the net income therefrom or such other amount as the Trustee deems appropriate to the following charities namely:-

‘NAME and ABN CHARITABLE ORGANISATION’

in equal shares on an annual or other basis; and
